Overview
\nThis Prohibited Items Policy applies to listings, requests, messages, comments and other activity on Tsawq.com. Tsawq is a classifieds marketplace/platform connecting users. Users are responsible for ensuring that their listings and activities comply with applicable law and Tsawq policies.
\nThis policy is not exhaustive. Any item, service or activity prohibited by applicable law is prohibited on Tsawq even if it is not specifically listed below.
\n1. Illegal Goods or Services
You may not list, request, sell, buy or promote goods or services that are illegal under applicable law, or that facilitate illegal conduct.
\n2. Firearms, Weapons, Explosives and Dangerous Items
Tsawq prohibits listings for firearms, ammunition, explosives, weapon-making materials or instructions, and dangerous weapons. Similar dangerous goods or weapon accessories may also be removed where they create legal, safety or platform-integrity concerns.
\n3. Drugs, Controlled Substances and Related Items
Listings involving illegal drugs, narcotics, controlled substances, unauthorized prescription medicines, drug paraphernalia or substances promoted for misuse are prohibited.
\n4. Stolen Goods
You may not list, request or sell stolen property or items you do not have the legal right to sell.
\n5. Counterfeit or Infringing Goods
Counterfeit goods, replicas presented as genuine, pirated software or media, trademark-infringing goods, and unauthorized copies are prohibited.
\n6. Fraudulent Documents and Credentials
Fake, forged, stolen or fraudulent documents are prohibited, including IDs, passports, licenses, permits, certificates, academic credentials, professional credentials and financial documents.
\n7. Hazardous Materials
Hazardous, toxic, flammable, radioactive, restricted chemical, industrial or biological materials are prohibited unless clearly lawful and expressly permitted by Tsawq.
\n8. Human Exploitation and Sexual Services
Listings involving human trafficking, exploitation, sexual services, escort services, prostitution, child exploitation, non-consensual content or sexualized content involving minors are strictly prohibited.
\n9. Animals and Wildlife
Listings involving animals or wildlife must comply with applicable law. Prohibited listings include endangered species, illegally traded wildlife, animal parts from protected species, and animals sold in unlawful or unsafe conditions.
\n10. Financial Scams and Deceptive Schemes
Prohibited activity includes investment scams, pyramid schemes, fake loans, money mule activity, unrealistic earnings claims, fraudulent fundraising, fake escrow services, and deceptive financial offers.
\n11. Misleading or Fraudulent Jobs
Job listings must be lawful and accurate. Prohibited listings include fake jobs, misleading recruitment, illegal work, jobs requiring unlawful fees, document-harvesting scams, immigration or visa scams, and exploitative or discriminatory offers.
\n12. Recalled, Unsafe or Defective Goods
Items that are recalled, unsafe, dangerous, defective in a way that creates safety risk, or prohibited from sale by authorities may not be listed.
\n13. Regulated Goods and Services
Certain goods and services may require licenses, approvals, disclosures or compliance with specific laws. This may include vehicles, property, financial services, medical services, professional services, employment, education, food, cosmetics, telecommunications and other regulated categories. Users are responsible for having required rights, licenses, permits and disclosures.
\n14. Hate, Harassment and Harmful Content
Listings or content promoting hate, harassment, threats, violence, self-harm, abuse, doxxing, stalking, invasion of privacy or discrimination are prohibited.
\n15. Malware, Spam and Platform Abuse
You may not use Tsawq for malware, phishing, suspicious links, spam, scraping, unauthorized data collection, fake accounts, manipulation, automated abuse or attempts to bypass security controls.
\n16. Enforcement
Tsawq may remove listings, restrict visibility, warn users, suspend accounts, terminate access, preserve information or report activity to appropriate authorities where necessary. Tsawq may take action even if an item is not specifically listed in this policy, where the listing creates legal, safety, fraud, platform-integrity or user-protection concerns.

If you see a suspicious or prohibited listing, report it through available reporting tools or contact support@tsawq.com.
