Acceptance
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Tsawq.com and related online services. By using Tsawq, creating an account, posting a listing or contacting another user, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy and other policies published by Tsawq. If you do not agree, do not use Tsawq.
1. Platform Role
Tsawq is a classifieds marketplace/platform that allows users to post, browse and respond to listings for permitted goods, services, property, vehicles, jobs and other opportunities.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Tsawq is not the seller, buyer, owner, broker, agent, employer, landlord, tenant, payment processor, delivery provider, escrow provider or other party to transactions between users. Tsawq does not take title to user-listed goods and does not guarantee user transactions.
2. Eligibility
You may use Tsawq only if you have legal capacity and are permitted to use classifieds services under applicable law. If you are a minor, you may use Tsawq only where permitted by law and with any required consent or supervision from a parent or legal guardian.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping login credentials secure, all activity under your account, updating information when it changes, not selling or misusing your account, and not impersonating another person, business or organization.
Tsawq may restrict, suspend or terminate accounts where necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, policy enforcement or platform integrity.
4. Listings and User Content
You are responsible for all listings, photos, descriptions, prices, contact details, comments, messages and other content you submit. Listings and user content must be lawful, accurate, not misleading and posted with all necessary rights, permissions and authority.
By submitting content to Tsawq, you grant Tsawq a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, adapt for technical display, publish, display, distribute and promote that content as reasonably necessary to operate, improve, moderate and market the platform.
5. Listing Accuracy
You must accurately describe the item, service, job, property, vehicle or opportunity you list. Prices, condition, availability, location, ownership, documents, licenses and other material information must not be false or misleading. You are responsible for correcting or removing listings that are no longer accurate or available.
6. Transactions Between Users
Transactions, communications, negotiations, payments, deposits, delivery, pickup, inspections, refunds, warranties and disputes are between users.
Tsawq does not verify every user, listing, item, document, price, claim or transaction. Users must independently verify identity, ownership, condition, legality, authenticity, qualifications, licenses and payment arrangements before completing any transaction.
Use caution with advance payments, deposits, shipping requests, off-platform communications, suspicious links and requests for verification codes or passwords.
7. Prohibited Items and Conduct
You must not use Tsawq to post, offer, request, promote or facilitate prohibited items, illegal goods or services, scams, fraud, unsafe goods, counterfeit goods, stolen goods, exploitation, harassment, threats, spam, malware, unauthorized data collection, impersonation or other abusive conduct. The Prohibited Items Policy and Safety Tips published by Tsawq are part of these Terms.
8. Communications
Users may communicate through contact information, forms or tools made available by Tsawq. You must not misuse contact information, harass users, send spam, request passwords or verification codes, use phishing links, or pressure users into unsafe or illegal transactions.
9. Moderation and Enforcement
Tsawq may review, reject, remove, hide, restrict, reclassify or reduce visibility of listings, comments or accounts where reasonably necessary for legal compliance, safety, fraud prevention, policy enforcement, user protection or platform integrity.
Tsawq may investigate reports, use automated or human review, warn users, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve relevant information, or refer matters to appropriate authorities where necessary. Tsawq is not required to pre-screen every listing or resolve every private dispute between users.
10. Intellectual Property
Tsawq’s name, logos, software, design, interface, database structure, compilations and platform-created materials are protected intellectual property. You may not copy, scrape, reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse engineer or misuse Tsawq materials except as expressly permitted by law or written permission.

11. Third-Party Services and Links
Tsawq may include links or integrations with third-party websites or services. Third parties are responsible for their own content, availability, security, products, services and practices. Their own terms and privacy policies may apply.
12. Availability and Changes
Tsawq may modify, suspend, restrict or discontinue features, categories, pages or services for operational, security, legal or business reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, preservation of every listing or compatibility with every device.
13. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tsawq is provided “as is” and “as available.” Tsawq does not guarantee the accuracy, quality, legality, authenticity, availability or safety of listings; the identity, honesty, reliability or qualifications of users; completion of any transaction; payment, delivery, pickup, refund, repair, warranty or dispute outcome; or that the website will always be available, secure or error-free. Non-waivable consumer or statutory rights remain unaffected.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tsawq, Dyak Inc., and their owners, officers, employees, contractors and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, lost profits, lost data, lost opportunities, reputational harm or losses arising from user listings, user communications, user transactions or use of the platform. Any limitation applies only to the extent permitted by law.
15. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Tsawq, Dyak Inc., and their owners, officers, employees, contractors and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, losses and reasonable costs arising from your listings, content, misuse of Tsawq, transactions with other users, violation of these Terms, violation of law, or infringement of another person’s rights.
16. Suspension, Termination and Deletion
Tsawq may suspend, restrict or terminate access to accounts or features when necessary for violations, suspected fraud, security risk, legal compliance, user safety or platform integrity. Users may request deletion of account or personal information as described in the Privacy Policy and Data Deletion Policy. Some information may be retained where legally or operationally necessary.
17. Policy Changes
Tsawq may update these Terms or related policies. Updated terms will be posted on Tsawq.com with a revised date. Continued use after an update means acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.
