Overview

This Data Deletion Policy explains how users may request deletion of account information, listing content or personal information associated with Tsawq.com.

Tsawq is a classifieds marketplace/platform. Some information may be public because users choose to publish it in listings or provide it to other users.

1. How to Request Deletion

To request deletion, contact support@tsawq.com. Your request should include enough information for us to identify the account, listing or information involved, such as account username or registered email address, listing URL or listing ID, a description of the information you want deleted, and confirmation that you are the account holder or authorized requester. Do not send passwords or verification codes.

2. Verification

Before processing a deletion request, Tsawq may ask for reasonable verification to confirm your identity, account ownership or authority to make the request. We may be unable to process a request if we cannot verify that the requester is authorized.

3. Account Deletion

If you request deletion of your account, Tsawq will review the request and delete, anonymize, deactivate or restrict account-related personal information where required and appropriate.

Tsawq does not currently represent that account deletion is available as an automated self-service feature. Users should submit deletion requests through the official contact method unless and until a specific deletion tool is made available.

4. Listing and Content Deletion

You may request deletion or removal of listings, uploaded photos or other content associated with your account. Some listing information may remain temporarily in backups, logs, cached pages, moderation records or security records. Content that was already viewed, copied, indexed, cached or shared by other users or third parties may not be fully removable by Tsawq.

5. Information We May Retain

Tsawq may retain limited information where necessary for legal compliance, fraud, spam and abuse prevention, security and account-integrity records, dispute resolution, enforcement of Terms and policies, responding to legal requests, protecting rights or safety, backup, audit or technical integrity purposes. Retained information will be limited to what is reasonably necessary for the applicable purpose.

6. Processing Time

After receiving and verifying a valid deletion request, Tsawq will process the request within a reasonable period.

7. Effect of Deletion

Deletion may limit or remove your ability to access your account, manage listings, receive inquiries or use certain website features. Deletion does not cancel obligations, resolve disputes, remove third-party copies, or prevent lawful retention where required or permitted.
