Overview
Tsawq may review listings, accounts, comments, reports and user activity to help protect users, enforce policies and maintain platform integrity. Tsawq is not required to pre-screen every listing and does not guarantee that every listing or user has been verified.
\n1. What Users Can Report
Users may report fraudulent or scam listings, illegal or prohibited items, misleading descriptions/prices/photos, counterfeit or stolen goods, harassment, threats or abusive behavior, suspicious links, phishing, requests for passwords or verification codes, intellectual-property infringement, misuse of contact information, or other violations of Tsawq policies.
\n2. How to Report
Use any available Report Listing or reporting tool on Tsawq. If a reporting tool is not available or does not fit the issue, contact support@tsawq.com. Include the listing URL, username if available, screenshots or relevant details. Do not include passwords or unnecessary sensitive information.
\n3. Review Process
Tsawq may review reports using human review, technical tools or other reasonable methods. Depending on the issue, Tsawq may take no action if no violation is found, remove or hide a listing, edit/reclassify/restrict content visibility, warn a user, restrict account features, suspend or terminate an account, preserve relevant records, or refer serious matters to appropriate authorities where necessary.
\n4. Listing Approval and Removal
Some listings may be reviewed before or after publication. Tsawq may reject, remove or restrict listings that appear unlawful, unsafe, fraudulent, misleading, prohibited, incorrectly categorized or harmful to users or the platform.
\n5. Comments and User Content
Comments, ratings or other user content may be moderated. Content may be removed if it is abusive, spam, misleading, unlawful, irrelevant, defamatory, infringing or otherwise violates Tsawq policies.
\n6. Account Suspension and Termination
Accounts may be suspended or terminated for serious or repeated violations, fraud, security risks, abusive conduct, illegal activity, misuse of contact information, or attempts to bypass enforcement.
\n7. Appeals and Follow-Up
If you believe action was taken in error, contact support@tsawq.com. Include your account information, listing URL and explanation. Tsawq may review the issue but is not required to restore content or accounts where policy, legal, safety or platform-integrity concerns remain.
\n8. No Guarantee
Reporting helps Tsawq identify issues, but Tsawq does not guarantee a specific outcome, response time or resolution of private disputes between users.
